Anything is Possible
The CEO of Chipotle, Steve Ells, had a dream. That dream was to start a restaurant that would was unique and healthy. He wanted to make food so good is would make the customers ecstatic to come back again. And that is exactly what he did. He started up his first chipotle. He was not planning on making it a franchise, but his concept of Chipotle took off. Now the company is making roughly 1,000 burritos a day, not even including the bowls and tacos etc. He had a dream and that dream was to start a business. He was not interested in the money, but he was interested in the fact that he wanted to start a restaurant that was good for the people. He did a great job in doing this. He is a hero to many young entrepreneurs.

If I Had The Money
Hello fellow Bloggers! I am going to talk about what I would do if I had $1,000 dollars to spend on Chipotle. When I say Chipotle I am referring to the Chipotle store that I work at. I would spend every penny in order to pimp out the restaurant. The first and probably only thing I would do is get a big television in the middle of the dining room so that everyone, including the employees, can watch television. They could watch this if they are bored or eating alone. Because I see too many people eating alone and I feel like having a baseball or football game on would be fun for them. That would probably be the only thing I would do because I assume the television would be pretty expensive. I would use the remaining money to buy as many bowls and burritos I can and give back to the homeless so that they could witness the beauty of the Chipotle food. It would be a great experience.

FREE BURRITOS!
In a recent advertisement Chipotle gave people the option to sign up to get a free burrito coupon! You only have one day to sign up, but many people knew about this because there was a lot of people talking about it and letting people know when to look for this add. The reason behind the free burritos was to get more people on board with Chipotle because a lot of customers had left due to the E. Coli outbreak. But this great business tactic definitely worked because the lines outside of Chipotle were humongous the next few days after the coupons came in!

¡Salsa!
There is a big conspiracy theory going on with the salsa at Chipotle. Everyone is calling it all these different names, but is there a specific name for the mild salsa, or is it pico de guyo? Well, in this blog I will inform you on the correct names of the salsa so you will never be confused again.
Mild: Everyone calls this salsa pico de guyo, but it is in fact not because it does not have garlic in it. It is just simple mild salsa.
Tomatillo Green-Chili Salsa: This salsa has a nice smoky, rich flavor to it. It is my personal favorite. It is otherwise known as medium.
Tomatillo Red-Chili Salsa: This is the hottest salsa chipotle uses. This is otherwise just known as hot salsa.
Roasted Chili Corn: This is the corn mix. But it is also otherwise known as medium chili-corn.
Fajitas: These are the roasted pepper and onions. Some call them veggies, some ask for the peppers, but the actual term is fajitas (according to chipotle).

Food With Integrity
The food served at this restaurant is not your average food that you can get just anywhere. In fact there is a lot more to the food than what meats the eye. The animals we are eating are being fed natural ingredients resulting in the most natural food we can eat. Typical fast food restaurant serve many things in their food to help preserve the food to make it last. Here are a list of these things:
- High Fructose Corn Syrup: This is an additive that is added in things such as protein bars and many candies. This, along with everything else in this list is very unhealthy.
- Food Dyes: There are many dyes that are added to food to enhance the color and attract more costumers. But this cannot be healthy to eat on a daily basis.
- Monosodium Glutamate: the popular amino acid that’s so flavor-enhancing that it literally makes you see spots. Excess eating of this could result in eye distortion.
- Sodium Nitrate: This is added to things such as bacon, ham, hot dogs, and other processed meats. It's carcinogenic on the human digestive system.
- Potassium Bromate: A common additive that boosts the volume of bread products made with refined, white flour, potassium bromate might give that crusty roll extra softness in the middle
- Sulfur Dioxide: additives is considered so toxic that the FDA actually banned its use in soda, beer, juice, vinegar, and dried fruits
- Sodium Sulfite: This helps produce drinks such as wine.
- BHA and BHT: Butylated hydroxyanisole (BHA) and butylated hydrozyttoluene (BHT) are commonly added to foods to prevent spoilage as far as taste and color
- Aspartame: This poison is added to things that typically say "sugar free" or "diet soda" It has been linked to brain tumors, diabetes, and multiple sclerosis.

Get Together
On February 8th of 2016 chipotle will be having a mandatory meeting. It will be coordinated by the CEO of Chipotle, Steve Ells and the Co-CEO Monte Moran. It will be through live satellite all around the country. I will be going to an AMC movie theatre, along with all the employees at my store and six other stores around the valley. I am very excited because I will get to hear the owner of chipotle speak live about the E. Coli problem going on. He will be informing us what was the cause of the outbreak and how to prevent it from ever happening again.

Chipotle has been facing the E. Coli crisis, but that does not stop their motivation to serve the freshest and purest fast food. The E. Coli outbreak has not done anything but spark a lot of motivation in all the employees because we are now made to temp the food every hour. We also have a lot of new responsibilities due to this E. Coli issue. But what is very good to hear and surprising is that people would rather take the risk of getting E. Coli than to stop eating chipotle all together, because the food is just that good!

Chipotle is currently facing an epidemic regarding a recent E. Coli outbreak. But before I get into detail about chipotle, I would like to inform you about this virus. E. Coli, also known as Escherichia Coli is the name of a germ that lives in the digestive tracts of humans and animals. A healthy adult will usually make a full recovery. But younger children, elders, and people with weakened immune systems could potentially develop HUS (hemolytic uremic syndrome). Some symptoms that occur when you have E. coli are things such as: bloody diarrhea, severe stomach cramps, and stomach tenderness. But you should have no fear! Because chipotle is doing everything they can to prevent this from ever happening again. I am confident they are correct.
